I had a different restoration company come to home my home for a remediation estimate for a stopped toilet. I was concerned about possible mold in the plumbing and I was quoted $1000 by this other company. For a second opinion, I called Reliable Restoration, Jeff came out and told me that no remediation was needed. His honesty and integrity saved me $1,000. Thank you, Jeff!

Seth did an amazing, thorough, and quick job at mitigating some mold at a listing I sold a few months ago. I was impressed with how they showed up on time, worked hard all day, and got the job done in a very professional way. Reliable Restoration will be the first ones I call if I need this kind of service again!

Our experience with Reliable Restoration was top notch across the board. They took the time to really understand our needs, Jeff provided an excellent and detailed quote, and his team was a pleasure to interact with and really focused on quality service. They were receptive to feedback and a changing scope of work as well. We have had many varied experiences at this point with different contractors this fall, so I can confidently say that Reliable Restoration NM is one of the good ones out there. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to my closest friends and family. Thanks for everything RRNM!

We had a flood in the midst of other major house repairs being made and Reliable Restoration was so quick to come out and address it. It was a stressful time so their ability to dry everything out quickly was a huge weight off our shoulders.

These guys are awesome. We had a leak behind our fridge in the middle of the night that flooded our kitchen and dining room. They were so helpful, came out immediately and dried everything out. I was sure we were going to have to replace our new flooring but they dried it out so quickly that we didn't need to replace it. Would def recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Reliable Restoration. We had flooding in our basement this summer. They were able to come out within a few hours, assess the situation quickly, and set up fans & de-humidifiers to dry out the space. It was a holiday weekend and they came periodically to check on the progress and try different solutions to ensure everything was drying out properly. Thanks to their quick response, we didn’t have to replace any drywall or baseboards and only had to replace a small section of flooring. We are so grateful for their thoroughness and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I bought my used car, it had a mystery odor that would not go away. It seemed to get stronger every day. It was making everything in my life smell like it, my clothing, my hair, even the gum in my purse. Reliable Restoration was able to eliminate the odor completely. My car smells so fresh now! I can’t say thank you enough.
