About Reliable Restoration
Reliable Restoration serves Albuquerque-area homeowners and property owners with restoration, remediation, specialty cleaning, and construction experience under one roof. We help people move through water, fire, smoke, mold, odor, biohazard, and other property-loss situations with a practical approach built around careful work, clear communication, and real technical experience.
We are not here to add more confusion to an already stressful situation. We are here to assess the problem honestly, put a sound plan in place, document the work properly, and help move the property toward restoration.
Leadership
Experienced Leadership for High-Stakes Work
In restoration, experience matters most when the situation is complicated.
Not just when the damage is visible, but when moisture may be trapped behind surfaces, when odor has settled deeper than expected, when contents need special handling, or when the next step needs to be documented clearly for everyone involved.

Textile Care
Specialized Cleaning, Odor Work, and Textile Care
One of the things that sets Reliable Restoration apart is that the work does not stop at the structure alone.
Some losses also involve smoke-affected contents, damaged rugs, odor issues, upholstery, floor coverings, and materials that need the right cleaning method, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Jenielle Ayala
Rug and Carpet Specialist
Jenielle Ayala has been with the team for four years and works alongside Anthony in the in-house rug cleaning plant. She brings strong knowledge of oriental rugs, fine textiles, fibers, and dyes, helping ensure that each piece is cleaned using the method most appropriate for its material and condition.
Jenielle is trained in IICRC disciplines, assists with remediation projects as needed, and is also trained on the truck-mounted steam cleaning unit serving residential and commercial clients.

Noah is trained in IICRC disciplines and also assists with remediation projects as needed, giving the team added flexibility across both specialty cleaning and restoration work.
Customer Care
Client Support Matters Too
In restoration, people are not only judging the quality of the work. They are also judging how the process feels while they are going through it.
Do they know what is happening? Can they get someone on the phone? Are next steps clear? Is scheduling being handled well? Are they being treated with patience and professionalism?
That part of the job matters too.
Audra Waggoner
Office Manager
Audra Waggoner brings 15 years of customer service experience to Reliable Restoration. She supports day-to-day administrative operations and helps coordinate scheduling for rug, carpet, and specialty services.
Audra is often one of the first people clients speak with. She helps them understand the process, coordinates next steps, and supports the internal systems that keep operations moving smoothly, including supply management, payroll and accounting support, and office procedures.
Natya Garcia
Office Manager
Natya Garcia brings 20 years of customer service experience to Reliable Restoration. She supports administrative operations, helps coordinate scheduling for rug, carpet, and specialty services, and serves as a primary point of contact for clients moving through the remediation process.
Her work includes supply management, payroll and accounting support, and maintaining office procedures that support efficient daily operations. Just as importantly, she helps clients feel informed and guided as projects move from damage assessment toward restoration.
Why Clients Trust Reliable Restoration
Reliable Restoration is built around more than one strength.
It is built around experienced leadership, technical training, practical remediation planning, specialty cleaning capability, careful documentation, and a team that understands that people need straight answers when their property has been damaged.
That combination matters.
It means our clients are not dealing with a company that only looks at one part of the problem. They are working with a team that understands structural damage, moisture and contamination issues, smoke and odor problems, contents handling, specialty textiles, and the day-to-day coordination it takes to move a difficult job forward.
Just as important, we understand that people remember how they were treated during a stressful situation. They remember whether the response was quick, whether the work was explained clearly, whether the team was professional in their home or business, and whether they felt taken seriously from start to finish.
That is the standard we work to meet at Reliable Restoration.
